We strive to provide our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we would be happy to review the case. If your item is faulty or there is a problem with your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of return postage, provided that you comply with our return instructions and provide us with a copy of your receipt.

Cancellation and returns policy

• Products must be in the same condition as when you received them, complete with original packaging and all other components.
• It is not possible to exchange a product for one of a different size or color.
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to ship your return or hand it over to the courier.
• Returns are free for orders delivered in Italy.
• Shipping is at your expense if you are returning from other countries or if you want to return products from an order for which you have already made a return.
